•    Estimated repair of your POWER SAVER would take 1 week.
•    Make Sure it is scratch free and back QC sticker is intact to avail the FREE PARTS, SERVICE WARRANTY or REPLACEMENT.
•    Your POWER SAVER must not be poorly misused, ex. Wrong Installation of electrical circuit, Wrong usage POWER SAVER, Subject to malicious damage (if proven misused due to negligence like SCRATCHES, LOST/LOOSE PARTS, wrong voltage input, damage caused by fire, floods, lightning, storms, frost, electrical burns or other bad weather conditions, rust, corrosion or water.)
•    We are not liable for any unresolved POWER SAVER issues.



POWER SAVER RETURN POLICY and FAQ's:
•    We do not accept returns unless stated above "warranty scope".


QUESTION?: Why do  other seller give a return policy if their power saver is defective?
ANSWER:
- You should show them 2 months Electric Bill that your power saver is not working, so that would be 3 months including the date you purchased it.
- It should come with a receipt ofcourse.
- They will not refund you with your money "BIG BUCKS"! They will just opt to exchange items with the same value.
- They can change item all they want since their product is very expensive. Then they will just change it with another BIG BUCK product!
- Our product is already inexpensive that's why we do not accept returns/echange.
